2. Products
We sell both bespoke (custom-made) off-the-shelf wooden notebooks, and other printed products . Product descriptions are provided to the best of our ability. Due to the handmade nature of some of our items and the uniqueness of natural wood, slight variations in grain, tone, and finish may occur.
3. Ordering & Payment
- All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- Orders are accepted subject to payment clearance and product availability.
- We accept Cedit cards, Debit cards, Apple Pay, and other payment providers as displayed at checkout.
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email upon successful purchase.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- UK standard delivery: 3–5 working days
- UK express delivery (if available): 1–2 working days
Bespoke orders:
- Custom or engraved notebooks may take up to 7–10 working days to produce before dispatch. We’ll communicate clearly if longer production times apply.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for off-the-shelf products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.
Custom or bespoke items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

6. Intellectual Property
All website content—including product designs, photos, logos, text, and artwork—is the intellectual property of Meraki Notebooks and must not be used or reproduced without permission.
7. Privacy

Meraki Notebooks is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- Delays due to third-party courier issues or unforeseen circumstances
