Q: Are all your notebooks handmade?
Yes – every Meraki Notebook is handcrafted with care using natural materials and traditional techniques. Bespoke items are made to order, while off-the-shelf notebooks are pre-designed and ready to ship.

Q: What’s the difference between bespoke and off-the-shelf notebooks?
Bespoke notebooks are fully customisable – you can choose the wood type, engraving, and layout. Off-the-shelf notebooks are pre-made designs available for quicker delivery.

Q: Can I personalise a notebook?
Absolutely! Many of our notebooks can be personalised with names, initials, or custom messages. Just go to our create your own section and upload your own design! or contact us directly for something more bespoke.

Q: Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes – we offer custom bulk orders for corporate gifting, events, and wedding favours. Please get in touch to discuss your project. We have standard sizes but we can create anything within reason, and love a challenge!

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Off-the-shelf items are dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Bespoke orders take 7–10 working days to make before dispatch.
UK Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days

Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs from £4.99 and will be calculated at checkout.

Q: Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes — you can return off-the-shelf items within 14 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused and in original condition. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

Q: Can I return a personalised or bespoke notebook?
Unfortunately, custom-made items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll replace or refund the item promptly.

Q: Where are your notebooks made?
All of our products are handmade in the UK using carefully sourced, sustainable materials.

Q: What materials do you use?
We use FSC-certified wood sourced from responsibly managed forests, and our acrylic covers are made from 100% recycled and fully recyclable acrylic. We’re committed to reducing our environmental impact while creating beautiful, durable products.

Q: Are your notebooks sold in any physical stores?
While we primarily sell online, you can also find Meraki Notebooks in a shop on South Georgia , part of the South Atlantic territory near the Falkland Islands. We were commissioned by the British Government to create a bespoke collection of notebooks for their gift shop, making Meraki part of a unique destination offering.

Q: Do you partner with retail stores?
We’re currently open to working with select retail partners, but we’re highly selective. We only collaborate with stores that align with our values, uphold high standards, and reflect the quality and care that go into our products. We won’t stock Meraki Notebooks “just anywhere” — it has to feel right.
