Returns & Refunds Policy

At Meraki Notebooks, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of both our bespoke wooden notebooks and our ready-made collections. We want you to love what you receive, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Off-the-Shelf Products

If you’ve purchased a non-custom (off-the-shelf) item and wish to return it, you may do so within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • In resaleable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please email us at info@merakinotebooks.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return. Return shipping costs for non-faulty items are the responsibility of the customer.

Bespoke or Custom-Made Products

Items that are made to order or personalised (e.g., engraved or custom-designed notebooks) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

If your bespoke item is damaged on arrival:

  • Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos
  • We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or refund if appropriate

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item (if applicable), we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to process, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow the returns process (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or bespoke products
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after the 14-day return window
  • Used or damaged goods (unless faulty on arrival)

Return Shipping

For returns of off-the-shelf items (non-faulty): customers are responsible for return postage

For faulty or incorrect items: we will cover return shipping costs
